 Instead of the color wheel,it either says "new post" or "No new post". What's up with that?

One more question lunoob. How long ago have they gone missing, and are they missing on the dark theme? Can you check please.

I think I'm the guilty party.   Tried to put up new headban and lost the wheels.  Been trying to get 'em back since Thursday.
