I'm not sure how to make a beak smile, but I'll give it a shot.

Okay, not much of a smile, but a little goofier.   Cheesy

(I could use a little help here.)   Wink

I personally liked the eyes better in your post #12 lunoob. Like he/she is looking at what it painted.

Cool.   Smiley

Are you gonna GIMP it, Goz?  It might be easier to do it in Inkscape, which is why I attached the .svg file.

What I have always disliked about this Tux is the beak. Here I have tried to make it look more 3d rather than flat against his chest. Perhaps this might help you with making the beak more 3d in Inkscape? Inkscape is WAY beyond me. I'm pretty much stuck doing things pixel by pixel by hand.

Ah, okay.  That works for me.
I needed that help to get a grasp on how to make the smile.  I tend to think more geometrically than some others do, rather than "artistically," if that makes any sense.
Thank you.   Smiley
I'll work on it.

Thanks jaws.  Thanks to you also as I used your idea to incorporate the brush in the image to dot the "i".
