Is there a way to link a program to multiple desktop panels?  What I'm thinking about is: launching Blender,
and creating a different view in multiple desktop panels.

Such as,
1. Top view, in desktop panel one.
2. Front view, in desktop panel two.
3. Side view, in desktop panel three.
4. Camera view, in desktop panel four.

What I'm trying to achieve here is, when I make an adjustment in the top view.  Then I can go to camera view, and see the adjustment.

Update, it has been brought to my attention that this does work with the gimp.

I opened up a file in one panel, and dragged over the canvas to another panel.  I made changes in the tool panel, in one desktop. The change to worked, in the other.

So it does work, just not sure how in Blender.  Sad

There are many tutorials on this for Blender. Just be careful... changing the panels and options (preferences) with Blender, can get pretty deep and very confusing if one does not know what they are doing Wink

Maybe I ought to start another user's account, just to experiment in.
That way, if I've messed something up. I only messed up the account.

Here's the google search I made... this should have something you're looking for, there are so many I think it would be better for you to choose than for me to pick out any Wink

Yea, I seen that yesterday, I downloaded the video tutorial.  I always wondered how they did that.  I went over the tutorial rather quickly, but I did notice, you import the theme using python scripts.
They even have a theme repository.  You can download them and, import them into your user preference panel.

Theme Repository: http://www.graphicall.org/themes/

There are a lot of good tutorials on that search.

I found a tutorial on, advance animation.  Lip-Sync with Shape Keys.  It's intense, but I managed to set the basic shape key, and the 1st shape key.

I've seen some samples on YouTube, that some folks did in Blender.  Cool!  Cool

I still can't seem to find anything on Linux desktop panels, and Blender.  Sad
There is a lot of stuff on the user preference panel.
