    If I'm doing a wallpaper for everyone to use, I'm lazy and will do it 1600x1200 as a jpg using Xara LX and Gimp depending on the features I need. Then let them resize down to suit. Ive done some svg work also but not often.
 
    I tend to use tools I'm comfortable with .  Human nature I guess Wink   Like I said I'm lazy. Wink
