I, too, am completely with you. I think the idea itself is more important than the ability to draw it. I also like out of the box thinking, which is something I lack to some degree.

Like I said in an earlier post, there's lots of time left and I'd like to see more entries from everyone. Put your thinking caps on! If you've got a little trouble getting it drawn, we'll all help provide techniques for you to pull it off.

You bring up a good point and that's what this forum is all about - helping folks - not about besting someone in a contest. To me, I feel, the best part of the contest is about interacting with others.

Cheers

Using Gemini's mascot, I combined it with the dripping paint letters and it came out looking like this:

Thanks, but Gemini deserves the real credit. All I did was add some text.

Wow... only 10 more days to go.... I gotta get all these together soon...
I think the voting might be tough... as we are such a small group... (for now) I'm wondering if we should  try to have the voting held somewhere else? Just to get a wider range of voters? I don't know... some thoughts form other's would really help on this one Smiley

Thanks, yes it's Inkscape. Too bad the lettering is so small, because the colors look good in a larger scale. I was hoping to do something larger with those colors, maybe someday.
